What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar browser storage can keep temporary information on your device. This page describes the technologies used by the current SMAY website and appointment service.
Cookies and storage we use
- Account and session cookies: Supabase authentication uses cookies to maintain a secure, signed-in business session between pages.
- Security checks: Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies and similar technical signals to identify automated or abusive contact-form submissions.
- Temporary browser storage: the business setup flow uses session storage to keep signup details in the current browser tab while setup is completed. This is browser storage, not a cookie, and is cleared by the flow after setup is saved.
Analytics and advertising
The current SMAY website application does not configure advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated to describe the additional technology and its purpose.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking required authentication or security cookies may prevent business sign-in or stop the contact-form spam check from working.
Google reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and may process information under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. You can review those policies using the links below.
Updates and contact
We may update this page when the website’s storage or security tools change. For questions about cookies or browser storage, email contact@smay.in.
