SMAY, SMAY Infotech, product names, and associated marks identify SMAY Infotech and its products. This notice does not grant permission to use those marks or imply an endorsement.
Permitted use
You may access and use the website and software for their intended purposes. Unless the law permits it or SMAY Infotech gives prior written permission, you may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from SMAY materials, or use SMAY branding in a way that suggests affiliation.
Customer and third-party materials
Customers retain rights to the content they provide. They allow SMAY to host and process that content only as needed to operate the requested features, as described in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or attribution where applicable.
